Processing, Shipping, and Delivery:
Orders placed will have a 1-3 business day processing time.
Custom/Pre Order/Made to order items can take up to 2 weeks for production, plus actual shipping time. *Please see individual item descriptions for more information.
Adriana Maria Designs is not responsible for package once it is in the mail carrier's possession. However, you will receive tracking information to follow along, via email, once your package has shipped. It is buyer's responsibility for entering correct shipping address at checkout.
If the shipping address has been entered incorrectly, please contact us immediately after placing your order by emailing Adriana.m.delacruz@gmail.com with "URGENT" in the subject line and the correct shipping address.

Standard Shipping 3-5 days (after processing time)
What if my package says it was delivered but I never received it? Unfortunately at that point it is out of our control and you will need to contact your local postal service for further information regarding your package. In most cases, it was delivered to a neighbor or marked as delivered early and will arrive a few days later.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at this time.
Can jewelry be customized?
Most of my jewelry items are one of a kind and cannot be reproduced or customized.
Jewelry Care:
- Store your earrings in a cool, clean, dry space.
- Avoid damaging chemicals, and use only a damp cloth for cleaning.
- Take off your earrings before swimming and bathing.
- Avoid bending or handling your earrings with force.
- Treat your handmade earrings with love.
Polymer clay is durable, but not indestructible. Do not bend excessively, smash, or drop earrings.
Hypoallergenic, surgical stainless steel posts are used unless otherwise stated, and are suitable for most people.
